Wordpress Expert Needed

I require some professional assistance to put the finishing touches on  
a Wordpress blog.

This includes setting up a popup offer, formatting a sales letter, and  
linking to a shopping cart. In addition, I have a short punch list of  
odds and ends that need some attention before going live.
