[Fredslist] Residential rental needed on L.I.

Gotham: 

 

A good friend of mine seeks rental residence on L.I. - for couple with baby
(< 1 year): 

 

 

Looking for rentals w/in 30 minutes of Hicksville; could be single family
home (preferably unfurnished) or apartment community (2 or 3 bedroom).
Lease can start as early as Sept 1.  One or two year lease.  (If single
family home, must be in good standing on mortgage.)  We have a slight
preference for north of Hicksville (Woodbury, Syosset, Dix Hills, Jericho,
etc.).

 

 

Can we show them some Gotham magic?
