[Fredslist] Derivation of "Renatto" on Replies

For our new members (and forgetful veterans), "Renatto" is Gothamese and
fredslist etiqutte for saying thank you for your responses to my fredslist
request, I have more than enough responses (more than I can ever get
through, so please stop!).

The "Renatto" is named after the famous Renato Tichauer who sent the first
such email in our early days.
