[Fredslist] When sending someone's resume on Fredslist ...

It's going to make it much easier if you plainly spell out what field and
kind of position the person is looking for. Simply sending a resume to
fredslist does neither the person for whom you're sending the resume nor
those of us looking at it any assistance, as many people looking at their
email may miss the opportunity.

I just saw three emails on fredslist with resume's attached and have no idea
for what kind of position those people are looking. If you spell it out -
in the subject line and the first line of the email -- when you send it,
someone can see if it's relevant and whether or not they can help. Even if
the subject is "looking for position in financial sector" (or real estate or
accounting or law), it will help focus the pitch. This way it helps
everyone.
