I had to publicly reach out and thank Julia Zinkowski of Citibank. We had an issue with a client who banks with Citibank. Both us and the client were trying to get it resolved and try as we all might, we were not getting anywhere.

One phone call to Julia was all it took. She knew exactly who to contact and how to get the problem resolved and true to the gotham creed, she did it no questions asked and with no expectations.

She is truly an asset to both Citibank and Gotham.
