[Fredslist] Thank You Scott Klein

I would like to share an example of one of the many ways that Gotham
members help each other. I posted a request on Fredslist explaining that I
was visiting Ohio State University with my daughter but unfortunately there
were no campus tours being offered the day of our visit. I asked if anyone
knew a student who could show us around the campus and give my daughter an
inside scoop of campus life. Scott Klein (a member of LI Health Care and
not related to me or Fred) responded by introducing me to someone in the
office of donor relations who was able to help me. The end result being a
personal tour to be given by one of the school tour guides even though no
tours are being offered the day of our visit.

So you are saying to yourself that was nice of Scott but what's so special
about what Scott did? Well, after making the introduction I found out that
Scott didn't know anyone at Ohio State. When he saw my post he figured
that there had to be someone from his alma Mata, Syracuse University, who
was working at Ohio State who would be able to help me. He looked through
his alumni database, found someone, reached out to a stranger, introduced
himself, explained my situation and well, the rest is Gotham magic.

It is small gestures like Scott's that build lasting business relationships.

Thank you Scott.
