I am an attorney looking for a Part-time Legal Assistant/Office Manager (approximately two days a per week--hours can be flexible). The job requires knowledge of WP, Microsoft Word, Internet, E-mails; Excel is also helpful
The tasks include the following:
Answer Phones
Typing Correspondence to Clients, Vendors, Financial Institutions, etc.
Take verbal dictation
Proofreading
Faxing
Copying
Order Office Supplies
Maintain Rolodex
Sort and Open Mail
Filing (personal and business)
Maintain Client redwell sheet
Accounts Payable
Maintain Client Files
Enter client time records into daily diary and into client time records
Invoicing clients
Follow up calls
Light typing on typewriter
Miscellaneous Daily Office Tasks
Consolidate previous year files and prepare for storage
