[Fredslist] AT&T

Hello along the network.  
 
Does anyone have any connections at AT&T?  Almost a month ago  service was 
cut off to my daughter due to an error made by Time Warner.   She was going to 
change her service until she discovered that her security  system would not 
work with Time Warner so she told them not to install.   They cut her service 
with AT&T before she found this piece of information  out.  She has been getting 
the runaround since that day.  She wants  her phone reconnected and she wants 
the number she has had for over 20 years  (which AT&T has in their computers). 
 She has been told by Verizon and  Time Warner that AT&T definitely has the 
number.  Not only is she  without her phone but she is also without her 
security system.  She lives  in Manhattan and this entire mess is so frustrating that 
even I now have "phone"  rage.  HELP!
