I have recently become associated with a project financing organization, that, if the outlined conditions are satisfactory to our underwriters, could be very helpful to minority contractors.
 
I would appreciate you advising me of any minority contractors that you think might find this financing service helpful.
 
Financing Guidelines:
 
1) Available to certified minority prime (general) contractors.
2) Prime Contractor is able to get bonded on his/her own if project requires bonding.
3) Only government contracts.
4) Has experience in bidding on government contracts.
5) We will not provide bonding nor projects, nor will we find projects.
6) Must have good credit.
7) We obtain credit and background checks.
8) Projects must provide a minimum of 25% profit.
9) Projects must be for a minimum of $250,000.
