One of the joys of having lost 55+ lbs is buying a new wardrobe. Accordingly, I am looking for a legit charity to which I can donate approx. 20 business suits, 50 dress shirts and 20 pairs of dress slacks, plus some other items of men's clothing to. The clothing is in used, but very good condition. Ideally the charity will be able to provide an itemized receipt and pick-up at my home in Great Neck, though if necessary I am willing to bring the clothing to the charity if the charity is in Nassau, Queens of Manhattan. While I am interested in the tax deduction, I really would like to make sure they go to good use.
