[Fredslist] Need Help w/ medicaire/medicaid issues

Dear Gotham,

I have been tryig to help my son in law's mother negotiate the minefeld on this process. She was struk by and very badly injured by a car in Florida in Dec 2007 The subsuquent hospitalizations, treatment and rehab? have run up quite a bill. I have offered my help as an atty but need to speakwith someone who is more familiar with this procss. Thanks!
