[Fredslist] Wounded Warrior Project needs your assiantance

Dear Supporters;

Wounded Warrior Project is a Jacksonville, FL - based nonprofit. The  
Transition Training Academy (TTA) is a program of WWP. The goal of TTA  
is to provide Information Technology (IT) training for United States  
Armed Services veterans who have been wounded, or injured, while on

We need assistance with gathering the following equipment in order to  
provide hands-on lab activities as part of an Advanced Technology  
program that will provide the foundation for the students to pursue  
further IT certification paths.

Please respond to this email address in order to donate equipment, and  
you will be able to receive a receipt for your donation for tax  
purposes.

The equipment needed is below:

Computers for Labs/Activities (older computers)
1. >= Pentium 4
2. >=512Mb of RAM
3. >=20Gb Hard Drive
4. CD ROM (RW)
5. Mouse and Keyboard
7. Ethernet card w/wireless connection (G or N)
8. Sound Card
9. Video Card

Computer Software
1. Active Boot Software CD (diagnostic software)
2. Open source utility software: Belarc, CCleaner, degrag, etc
Windows XP CD with appropriate serial number

Networking Equipment
1.
2. Linksys Wireless router/switch, 4 ports (N or G Series)
3. Tools: small set of electrician tools
4. 110 Block w/RJ 45 Jacks

Cabling Supplies (consumables, per site)
1. 100 ft of Cat5 cable
2. 100 RJ-45 connectors (bag of 100)
3. Cable Ties (bag of 100)

Network Tools:
1. wire cutters and punch down tool
Cable Tester
2. RJ-45 Crimper
