[Fredslist] Need Nanny 5 days for Manhattan and cleaning person. If you can help....

My almost 4 month grandson needs a Nanny for 5 days a week in Manhattan that is not live in.  We are hoping to find someone who can be referred from some personal experience rather than from an agency.  

In addition, if you know of a cleaning person that is available one day a week every other week that would be appreciated.
