In April I visited the Queens group and sat next to Steve. I just about given up on refinancing my apt when I started speaking with Steve. My mortgage was so small that (I took money out to do work) that nobody wanted to touch it without charging extra fees or points.

Steve not only didn't charge me anything extra, he did his best to make things as smooth as possible.
