Michael is a great young man. He is 35 years old, married, bright and  
eager to become an elder law attorney. He has experience as an  
assistant to a matrimonial attorney, whose practice could no longer  
sustain him. I've attached his resume. He of course is willing to work  
in other areas other than law.
