[Fredslist] Legal advice for forming a PAC?

Hi folks,
 
I was approached by someone asking whether I could help a group form a PAC.
Since I have no experience in this area, I said I'd ask around.  Does anyone
have any suggestions for a lawyer who might be able to handle such a
project?  I can't describe the nature of the proposed PAC, other than to say
it would be supporting liberal/progressive causes/candidates.
