My wife's employer, High Ridge House, is seeking an experienced  
individual to maintain its buildings and grounds.  The facility is a  
one-level, 20,000 square foot building situated on about four acres of  
lawn and woods in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.  Working with a  
part-time assistant, the Maintenance Supervisor would oversee all  
aspects of the physical plant, ensuring that all systems and equipment  
are operational and that all projects are completed on a timely basis.

High Ridge House is a religious, non-medical nursing facility which  
operates 24/7.  The Maintenance Supervisor must be on call to respond  
to special situations anytime.  For the right individual, nearby  
housing is negotiable.
