The Suffolk Corporation and Commercial Law Committee meets on Tuesday, April
21, 2009, at 5:30 p.m. at the Suffolk Bar Association, 560 Wheeler Road,
Hauppauge.

Attorney/Arbitrator/Mediator David Abeshouse will lead us in a discussion on
Business Dispute Resolution: Don't Litigate - Instead, Arbitrate or Mediate.
David has a wealth of knowledge on the issue and will set forth how
arbitration and mediation can be cheaper, faster and effective alternative
to resolving business disputes in court.

David speaks and publishes regularly on topics within the realm of business
ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration and mediation). David is
a mediator, and an arbitrator member of the Commercial Panels of Neutrals of
the American Arbitration Association and several other forums, and the
immediate past Chair of the ADR Committee of the Nassau County Bar
Association.

All are welcome, and of course, refreshments will be provided. Hope to see
you there.
