focus on copyright and other laws that affect businesses and individuals in
creative industries.

Eliza is looking for a legal or paralegal position in the fields of
intellectual property, arts, entertainment or media law.  Please take the

In addition to her study of comparative trademark law (US and EU), and
subjects dealing with Federal Court copyright and trademark litigation, and
false advertising litigation, Eliza is uniquely positioned to offer to a

      5 years of international legal experience obtained at two top-tier
      commercial firms in Australia (while the bulk of her experience is in
      copyright and trademark law (both litigious and non-litigious), she
      also has experience in general commercial transactions and dispute
      resolution.
      An international network of legal contacts gained through Columbia
      and her work experience in Australia.
      Full employment authorization from the US Government.
      Fluent in English and Polish, with a conversational level of
      Japanese, and able to travel and.work throughout the EU
