A nationally recognized institutional investment consulting firm is looking to hire a junior attorney (2-3 years of experience) or a senior paralegal (5-7 years of experience) for a flexible, part time role.  Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this individual will be responsible for managing and implementing many of the day to day aspects of the firm's compliance program such as: 
  a.. Ongoing and annual reviews of compliance policies and procedures 
  b.. Ongoing development and implementation of process improvement initiatives 
  c.. Tracking of deadlines, project timetables and roles/responsibilities for various ongoing initiatives 
  d.. Oversight and monitoring of personal trading policies and reporting 
  e.. Oversight of various other compliance programs and policies 
  f.. Coordinating regulatory examinations, projects and inquiries 
  g.. Coordinating client notifications and ADV updating 
  h.. Client and vendor agreement review and negotiation 
  i.. Periodic training for employees 
  j.. Coordination with external counsel
