[Fredslist] Fredslist and non Gotham members

Fredslist is magical and a great benefit to all of us.  With that in
mind, I wanted to remind all of us that when someone is seeking help on
Fredslist, we should be promoting Gotham members as the solution as
opposed to non-Gotham members.
