Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator  

 

Medium-sized law firm seeks Human Resources and Benefits Coordinator with
3-5 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration

Candidate must have experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of
personnel including attorneys; as well as working with employment agencies
and using on-line recruiting services.

Must be familiar with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, I-9 and workmen's
compensation. Candidate will be responsible for keeping current with H/R
rules and regulations, including Employee Manual and Policies & Procedure
Manual.  Candidate will also interact with staff and be proactive concerning
questions on policies, benefits, external resources, employee attendance and
performance issues, etc.

 

Responsibilities also include, modification of employee benefits; review of
invoices from benefit providers   Act as liaison with the 401K provider and
submit employee contributions.  Prepare benefit reports. Candidate must be
proficient in WORD and EXCEL. 

 

Candidate must be a self-starter, organized and highly motivated. Please
