[Fredslist] Need an International or Art Lawyer

I have a friend with a problem concerning some art work that he bought and
sold that turned out to be a forgery. 

Can anyone recommend someone to help him with this situation?  The purchase
and sale were made on EBay I believe with international parties on both
transactions.
