[Fredslist] Dr. Andrea Gould Delivers an Inspiring and Powerful Seminar on Change and Transition

Andrea Gould provided a forum for reflection at her seminar on Change and
Transition.  Her knowledge was communicated and received in such a
easy-to-understand manner.  The CD "The Path of Change" is an illuminating
gift that she shared with us all.  However, the true gift is Andrea.  There
isn't a seminar that I would miss of Andrea's.  I am looking forward to a
Dr. Andrea Gould Gotham series!!  Best, Deidre

Dr. Andrea Gould spoke to a packed room earlier this week on a topic that is
on many minds today: Change in our lives and how we survive it, move through
it, and celebrate it. 
She spoke about how we deal with crisis, how our individual personalities
and styles impact the way we deal with change, and she offered many powerful
tools and insights on how to manage fear and anxiety. The subject of
transformation and change has been a primary focus of her company, Lucid
Learning, for over 20 years, and Dr. Gould is a master communicator of her
unique philosophy. She inspired us with beautiful imagery, a spiritual
optimism and a global perspective that was both relevant and powerful in
today's political and financial climate. 
The seminar was attended by Gotham and non-Gotham members, and Dr. Gould
have us each the wonderful gift of her soon to be released CD "The Path of
Change," a guided meditation on moving through transition. Stay tuned for
more on the release of this powerful and effective work.
