Dear Magic Wand of Gotham,
 
I am assisting friends who would like to buy the town home they are
currently renting in Florida. They are in the process of getting their
green card and their son is an American citizen (born in the US). They
are British Nationals who came to the US in July 2006 and the husband
has been working for the same company for 9 years that transferred him
to the US.
 
They are looking for a mortgage with a reasonable down payment.
