I have bragging rights this week for promotional Friday.

Did you know that my co-founder and partner Nancy Schess has an active OSHA
(safety and health) practice?  A few years ago we took on a difficult case
for a client that had a bad outcome at trial before we were retained.  We
vigorously pursued appeals.

The case has been pending for almost two years and this week the OSHA
Review Commission handed down long awaited decisions.  They were a huge
victory for our client!

Way to go partner!
