[Fredslist] Is there a simple way to figure vac/sick time?

We have a small firm with two associates (one for ten years, one for just over 1 year ) and 1 FT and 1 PT support.  Is there a simple way to figure vacation and sick time?  Do most do it by anniversary date, calendar date? The hardest time is in the first two years of employment when they start later in the year.  Do most allow carry over?  payment for unused time? extra personal days?Thanks,Bonnie Link, Esq.
