You happen to know a solo act that is  licensed to practice in NJ?
I need someone to file a first appearance by  answer or motion to dismiss 
until we can get the business insurance company  to pick it up.
 
I would let you do it, but you would have to  apply pro hoc vice, and we are 
out of time.
Unless of course, you can file the first  appearance and the pro hoc vice 
application at the same time.
The client will give a $5k retainer to avoid  a default.
 
Let me know now.
We have a 3rd extension until this  Friday.
