Kudos and thanks to Anna Lieber for presenting an excellent Gotham seminar this morning on Competitive Advantage, complete with insightful exercises. As a marketing/business development consultant and coach to professional service firms for over 20 years, I was familiar with the concepts but learned some additional significant tips on story-telling and how to simplify one's marketing message for greater impact. Everyone attending benefited from her generosity as well as knowledge. Very worthwhile.
