Looking for a 27-37 year old female or male roommate to live with 2 professional young women.  One is 27 and the other is 30. You MUST be clean, considerate, working professional and respectful of others privacy.  This is a 2-bedroom apartment converted to a 3-bedroom in a high-rise 24-hr doorman building with laundry in the basement and an accessible roof deck. The room available is 10x10 with NO closets; there are of course closets outside of the room.  The location is on 94th and 3rd ave on the UES and it is walking distance to the 6- train, bars, museums, central park and the east river. Heat and water are included and utilities; (cable, phone, internet and electricity) run from $100-$175 per roommate (bills range seasonally). The room available does have a dresser, nightstand and full size bed that are for sale.

This if for a 1-year lease and you will be put on the lease.  You must also do a credit check and a security deposit.
