[Fredslist] REOS- distressed paper

An associate of mine has buyers for distressed paper, NPLs ,REOs etc. He has
transacted approximately 10 billion dollars in the last 12 months.

I would appreciate leads to any bank or other entity looking to get rid of
portfolios of distressed real estate.
