[Fredslist] Need lawyer with CC experience

A friend has issues with his ex wife getting a credit card using his  
name, buying stuff and not paying it. The CC company is coming after  
him and he is a bit confused on what to do. They say he signed the  
initial app but they can't find it. Her signature is on all the charges.
