The CEO of Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, a not-for-profit community hospital located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn is in urgent need of an experienced, professional executive assistant.? Reporting to the CEO directly, the chosen candidate will have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, excellent typing skills, and a clear understanding of office computer programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access) so that he or she will use their computer to produce quality work and achieve office efficiencies.? He or she will be confidently capable of reporting to a demanding boss; demonstrate personal judgment skills, so as to handle matters with confidential discretion; and possess a calm, professional demeanor to effectively interface with, among others, board members, staff members, physicians, patients and their families.? In multi-tasking, the chosen candidate will also be expected to work with other executives within the executive suite and supervise the support staff within the suite.? The CEO and other executives within the suite all have strong work ethics in a busy and challenging environment, and without a similar ethic the chosen candidate will not be successful.? Experience in drafting basic business correspondence and meeting minutes will be a plus.
