For those Gothamites that have Cigna Health Insurance, be advised that Cigna
will be withdrawing from the New York market phasing out over the next 6
months starting in September.  If you have not received notice yet, you will
receive a letter from them shortly and it may be certified return receipt.
Please do not ignore any correspondence from them in any case.
