The Alcott Group, a Professional Employer Organization, that provides
human resource management services to a client base in over 28 states,
is looking for a Financial Controller. In this position you will be
responsible for the Company's overall financial controls and planning.
This involves cash management and analysis of general ledger and cash
flow requirements for business operations. You will need to have a
close, hands on working relationship with our bank to insure the
accuracy of our payroll system.  Equally necessary is the preparation of
reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and
financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on
past, present, and expected operations. You will also manage staff and
direct the preparation of budgets, budget proposals, and prepare
necessary supporting documentation and justification. In addition you
will advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax
code revisions, arrange for audits of company's accounts, prepare
reports and applications required by regulatory agencies and establish
working  relations with banks and other financial institutions.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of related
financial/payroll/tax experience preferably working in a multi-client
and state environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and
C.P.A. certification required.

Outstanding skills in MS Office products and software database
management skills such as UltiPro required. Proven success in a
supervisory capacity and excellent customer service skills essential.
