[Fredslist] Clarification on help with estate sale

To clarify my inquiry, my client is looking for someone who has
experience specifically with running an estate sale in an apartment.  We
have already gotten appraisals on the value of the property.  We need
someone who can arrange the advertising, mark the items, staff people in
the apartment, and keep records of sales, in other words to actually run
the sale for whatever period is necessary.
