It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier today to catch up on the whereabouts' of old colleagues and our respective personal lives. I enjoyed our discussion concerning potential finance opportunities you might be aware of with a client or through your contacts at professional organizations. As I mentioned, after leaving Saleslink Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI I took a position with Millbrook Distribution Services which recently closed on a merger agreement with United Natural Foods (NASDAQ:UNFI). Accordingly, I am taking this opportunity to contact you and inquire as to possible senior finance positions you or a member of the firm might be aware of.    
            My resume highlights my background and work experience. Most recently I was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Millbrook Distribution Services Inc., a $300 million independent distributor of specialty foods, health and beauty care products and general merchandise. I was responsible for the overall financial function of the business. As a member of the executive committee I am a strategic partner working closely with senior management to ensure we achieve our financial objectives. 
            At Saleslink Corporation I was responsible for the development and oversight of functional areas including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Risk Management and IT of this $550 million Global Supply Chain Management service provider.  I developed, implemented and enforced policies and procedures of the company by way of systems that improved overall operations and effectiveness while Chairman of the Sarbanes Oxley initiative to ensure compliance with rules and regulations relative to Section 404 on internal controls. During my tenure we successfully completed an acquisition of a $300 million global supply chain management company out of Chapter XI. Additionally, we completed a successful migration from an Oracle platform to an SAP instance at 14 global locations generating in excess of $3 million in savings due to redundant support services. 
            I participated in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a partner and member of the Saleslink operating committee and the CMGI (NASDAQ: CMGI) executive committee, while presenting business strategies and financial results to the Board of Directors. I have a demonstrated history of implementing significant cost savings initiatives. I have the combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills that makes it possible for me to adapt quickly within a system, working to improve efficiency and profits without sacrificing quality.
