A profitable and expanding boutique in northern New Jersey is looking to hire a Trusts and Estates Partner to manage the firm's T&E practice.  A small portable book of business is a plus, but is not absolutely necessary.  What is necessary is for the attorney to be able to manage significant and complex estate planning including drawing up trusts and similar types of documents. Here's my ideal candidate: an attorney with 10+ years of T&E experience with large firm training at a good New Jersey or New York law firm who is currently a solo practitioner or a partner at a small firm and finding it difficult to maintain a profitable practice and run a law business at the same time.  Our client will give you a good base salary and a percentage of both work you originate AND a percentage of work generated by other attorneys and given to you.  A win-win proposition.
