My client needs PC contact management software to manage her practice,
colleagues, clients, and prospects, suppliers.

Requirements:
€ Confidentiality, security
€ Integrate many bits of information, customizable fields
€ Forms, record of visits, letters, journals
€ Calendar, appointments
€ Lab tests, insurance claim forms
€ Plans and protocols
€ Charting, notes

I¹m familiar with Act but not the others:
€  Central Desk Top
€  ACT
€  Outlook

Is there an off-the-shelf solution or a robust system we are not
considering?. Any thoughts or recommendations?
