Gotham does it again!

I was originally introduced to Peter Rodis who works at Scott Bloom's firm
at our winter cocktail party.
We got to talking about different projects we were involved in. Peter spoke
of some development opportunities he had in the Williamsburgh section of
Brooklyn.

I had recently been introduced  to a young man whose family wanted to invest
in parking garage operations in Williamsburgh.
I told Peter of my investor's interest and he introduced him to his
developer.

Over the past several months they have been negotiating a joint venture
where my investor will be funding the parking garage operations of the
developer and Bloom Real Estate and LIFTON FINANCIAL GROUP will be
compensated as this joint venture is capitalized.

The first funding took place last week, and our first check will be received
this week!

Thank you Gotham for enabling this to happen, it is a win win for everyone
involved.
