Sterling National Bank offers a convenient way for business customers to access and store bank account information. Clients can receive a CD-Rom from Sterling National Bank each month, each quarter or once per year. Customers can view and print their bank account statements and retrieve images of each transaction on their account. Images include deposit tickets, checks paid, fronts and backs and checks deposited, fronts and backs. The CD-Rom creates a permanent storage of items and clients can retrieve archived statements and check images easily from CD-Rom compared to the conventional way of looking through paper statements.

In addition to item storage and retrieval, the CD-Rom also contains a powerful search feature allowing the user to search for transactions using date ranges, amounts and transaction types. Transactions can be sorted by check amount, transaction type or date, and all transactions can be exported into a spreadsheet or text document for reconciliation purposes.
