[Fredslist] Need J51 Tax Expert

A client of ours has a project that has lasted more than 3 years and he
has been told that he has lost his opportunity to apply for the J 51 tax
credits.  He is looking for an attorney or other expert who can help him
find a strategy to obtain these credits that are worth approx. $100 K.
