Hello everyone,
 
I would like to speak to a person that works in and/or is knowledgeable of the specialty/gourmet supermarket field (e.g. Citarella, Grace's Market).
 
I am researching gourmet/specialty food retailers (supermarkets) in the Eastern US and would like a sense of who the main players are and their business locations among other topics.
 
Any help is MUCH appreciated.
