Dear Gothamites:
 
My daughter has been accepted to the Masters Program at Columbia  Teachers 
College.  She has also been accepted to UPenn where they have  offered her half 
tuition.  Does anyone know who we can talk to regarding  scholarship money 
from Columbia.  It is not need based.  She has been  trying to find out who she 
can speak to and has been getting a runaround.   Time is of the essence since 
she must let UPenn know by April 30th.  Thanks  for your help.
