Although my lap top is finally fixed ( it took 10 days) I wanted
to express my displeasure and see if I get any response from the
top office. I used the above email address and got a call back is
less than 24 hours.   I got an apology and a promise for follow
up on errors as well as a special connection in case there is any
future problems.
