[Fredslist] HUD Property

Hello All Bankers/Brokers,

 

I have a client purchasing a HUD property and the property is an absolute
Rehab condition.  My client is putting 25% down (conforming loan) with
excellent credit.  Can someone please guide me and advise as to which bank
