[Fredslist] Website question

Hi there,
   
    I am having my site redesigned and am wondering what the approximate
cost should be for a 10 page website (w/splash page), featuring media
(audio/video/pic w/slideshow pro), RSS tool, ³share² function, CMS blog,
and handle some merchandise w/PHP.  I have an offer from someone and I¹ve
seen a mock up, which looks great, but I have no idea if I am being
overcharged or being offered a deal.  Can anyone give me a frame of
reference for something like this?
