Firm # 1 is seeking a midlevel associate (2-5 years) with terrific academic credentials and work experience to focus on Title 1 work.  Firm # 2 is looking to hire a highly motivated third to sixth year associate (1) to draft executive compensation and employee pension benefit arrangements, (2) perform transactional-related employee benefits diligence and drafting, and (3) bring clients' deferred compensation programs into compliance with IRC Section 409A.
