[Fredslist] Need a prof'l who can negotiate dr and hosp costs out of a health plan (directly w/dr and hospitals)

Hello Fellow Gothamites.  I have a client in need of someone who specializes in negotiating reduced charges for doctor/hospital claims incurred.  We believe the company that handles this type of negotiating is paid based on a percentage of the reduced charge.  He has a group of uninsured employees that are not insured because they are pilots and covered outside the US. They do not want insurance, only a handful see the doctor when in the US,however it is all out of pocket expenses. Can anyone direct me?
