[Fredslist] Store for Bat Mitzvah Dress

I have no children of my own, but I am taking my 13 year old niece shopping on Sunday for her Bat Mitzvah dress.? Can someone tell me the name of a store(s) to go to where they will have trendy but not inappropriate dresses for a sweet young girl?
